FAQs
Aiwibi diapers are made using high-quality wood pulp derived from nature. This pulp comes from sustainably managed forests, so while we use natural resources, we also prioritize environmental protection and sustainability. Through fine processing, we maintain the natural absorbency and softness of the material to provide your baby with a comfortable wearing experience while reducing irritation to their sensitive skin.
Yes! All Aiwibi diapers are chlorine-free and Dermatest® approved, making them gentle and safe for your baby’s delicate skin every day.
Yes, all Aiwibi Diapers come with a wetness indicator. It changes color when the diaper is wet, helping you know exactly when it’s time for a change and keeping your baby dry, safe, and comfortable.
Our diapers are designed with double leak-guard barriers, but here are some things to check when putting them on:
- The weight range on the diaper packaging is just a guide. If the diaper is too big, it can cause leaks. For example, the diaper may fit snugly around your baby's thighs, but if there's a gap in the crotch area, urine won't be absorbed quickly enough.
- Make sure the leak-guard edges aren't folded inward. If you're using taped diapers, ensure the waist tabs are symmetrical, not too tight or too loose. A good fit allows space for one finger between the diaper and your baby's tummy.
- Change the diaper when it's full; if you don't, leaks might occur.
Look for signs like red marks around the waist, leaks, or tightness in the current diaper. If your baby seems uncomfortable or the diaper fills up too quickly, it’s probably time to move to the next size.
To help you choose, here’s the Aiwibi size guide:
S (2): 4–8kg: Perfect for smaller babies who are just starting to outgrow newborn diapers. (usually around 0–3 months).
M (3): 6–11kg: Great for babies who are rolling, stretching, and becoming more active (about 2–6 months).
L (4): 9–14kg: Ideal for curious crawlers and little explorers (commonly 6–12 months).
XL (5): 12–17kg: Designed for active toddlers who are learning to walk (around 12–24 months).
This way, you can keep your baby comfy and protected. Weight is the key factor, but every baby grows differently—so use the chart as a guide and follow your baby’s comfort.
The best diaper is the one that fits your baby perfectly and keeps their skin healthy. In Nepal, popular choices include Aiwibi and Pampers, but always consider your baby’s weight, mobility, and skin sensitivity when choosing.
- Aiwibi diapers are certified by the German Dermatological Institute Dermatest, meaning they are gentle on your baby's skin. We don't add any fragrances, extracts, dyes, or other chemical substances to ensure the diapers are odorless and hypoallergenic.
- Some of the raw materials might have a mild natural smell. If you're sensitive to smells, you can air the diapers out before use.
- Diapers can also absorb odors from their surroundings, so be sure to store them in a cool, dry place away from anything with a strong scent.
Always wash your hands with soap and water before changing your baby to avoid spreading bacteria. Clean your baby's bottom with warm water and mild soap, and gently pat dry. When wiping, be careful not to rub too hard, as this can irritate their sensitive skin and cause diaper rash. In winter, try to keep the diaper change quick to avoid your baby getting cold.
As for the difference between boys and girls, traditionally, the absorbent core in boy's diapers is placed more towards the front, and for girls, it's placed more towards the back. However, AIWIBI diapers are designed to work well for both boys and girls thanks to our product adjustments during development.
Whether opened or unopened, diapers should be stored in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight to avoid moisture and contamination. Keep opened diapers away from areas with high temperatures or strong odors, as this can cause them to lose their shape or pick up unwanted smells. It's best to use opened diapers within 2-3 months. If you live in a humid environment, try to use them within a month to avoid bacterial growth.
It depends on how severe the diaper rash is. For mild cases, you can continue using diapers but should take these steps:
- Change diapers frequently.
- Use a diaper rash cream or powder to keep the area dry.
- Boost your baby's immune system by ensuring they get enough nutrients.
- If the rash is severe, stop using diapers and consult a doctor immediately.
Start by introducing consistency and routine, such as regular potty breaks. Use Aiwibi training pants or larger diapers during this stage. Be patient and encouraging—celebrate small successes and make the process positive and stress-free for your little one.
