Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We offer a 7-day return policy for Aiwibi products, valid from the date of delivery. Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, has quality issues, or if an incorrect item was delivered. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Requests must be made within 7 days, and our team will inspect the item before approving any refund. Please note that returns are not accepted for change of mind or opened hygiene products.

Expiry Date Policy
After receiving the product, customers are also responsible for checking the expiry date. For example, if a product has only 3 months left before expiry and is used for 2 months, any request for exchange, return, or refund after this period will not be accepted.

Specific process for return and refund

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation by our team.

Postage
For approved returns and exchanges, Aiwibi Nepal will cover the return postage costs only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.If the return is due to any other reason (excluding change of mind, which is not accepted), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days. Once processed, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
